We’re excited to bring you an incredible opportunity – eight amazing trips around the world – and all for a great cause!

It almost sounded too good to be true.  I kept waiting for a “Oh, I see” moment.  But, months later, there hasn’t been one.  It’s just an incredible opportunity for charities on behalf of another hard-working charity.

The concept behind AmFund’s mission is that charities shouldn’t have to spend tons of money and effort on silent auctions, galas, and other fundraising events to make money and support their good work.

What They Do

Step 1: Charities apply for support from AmFund via proposals and interviews, and the AmFund Board approves close to 100 charity events each year

Step 2: AmFund procures bucket list trips and experiences specifically geared towards our event and attendees

Step 3: Our staff prepare and work with AmFund’s development team to market and promote the event and auction

Step 4: Auction day!  Amazing trips are up for auction and awarded to the lucky winners!  Every trip sold at auction earns funds for Tri 4 Schools.  You can see the trips we’ll be auctioning off HERE, or read about them below.

Step 5: Prize-winners take their trips, have a fabulous time, and can feel great knowing that their trip earned a donation for a charity in the process!

What’s Included?

Every one of the eight trips we have for auction at this year’s Golf Classic on August 5th includes round-trip main cabin airfare from your destination, deluxe accommodations, a 24 hour travel concierge that helps you plan every aspect of your trip and can support you while on your trip in case of an emergency.  The best part?  There are NO black-out dates and you have THREE years to use your trip from the date of our auction.

What if I want to add my little kids to a trip?

No problem!  Your travel concierge will help you with adding them to your itinerary.  There is, of course, an added cost for the additional travelers.

How soon can we book?

They ask that you allow 90 days before booking your trip to allow for planning time with your concierge.

What if I can’t make it on August 5th to the auction?

We will be allowing bidding via text or phone only during the auction.  If you see a trip you’re interested in, but will be out of town that day, please contact us and we’ll get your information and details.  If you’ll be in the Madison area on August 5th, you can bid at University Ridge Golf Course between 11am-6:30pm.

So what are these trips and how can I learn more?

These are the surface level details on the trips, but to learn all the details, you’ll have to see for yourself on August 5th.  I’ve been reading through them and preparing, and they all sound like amazing experiences.  That said, please contact us in advance if you have questions on a specific trip (number of days, cities, countries, etc).  If you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, retirement, graduation, or even just looking for a “once in a lifetime” adventure with a friend or family member, this is a great way to make memories AND support us in the process.
